1. What is Floert Heartbeater?

Floert Heartbeater is a playful app that lets you interact in a fun, engaging way.

Due to restrictions in iOS, the app needs to be kept in the foreground to function, to i.e. continue signaling to others that you are around. And same for them, without being in the foreground, the app will not show you to each other around.

2. How do I report a problem with the app?

If you experience a bug, crash, or anything unusual, please email us at support@floert.me and include your device model and iOS version.

3. Is my data safe?

Yes. Floert does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what’s necessary for advertising and analytics. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
