Floert (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Floert mobile application (“the App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

User-Provided Information: When you use the App, you may choose to provide information such as feedback or support requests.
Device Information: We may collect non-personal data such as device type, operating system version, and app version.
Identifiers: We may collect your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to serve relevant ads.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized data about how the App is used (screens visited, features interacted with) to improve performance.
Crash Reports: If the App crashes, diagnostic information may be sent to help us fix the problem.

The App might use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect data such as your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

On iOS, you can disable personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier by going to Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers strictly for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting.
Usage data and analytics: retained for up to 12 months unless longer retention is required to comply with law or for legitimate business purposes.
Crash and performance data retained as necessary to address issues.
Advertising-related identifiers retained as required by AdMob policies.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:
Right to access your data, i.e. personal information we hold about you.
Right to correct inaccurate information.
Right to delete your data.
Right to object to or restrict certain processing.
Right to data portability.
Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
If you access the App from outside the United States, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers are located.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”
